Part Time Retail Sales Consultant

About This Role

This role involves engaging with customers on the sales floor to create meaningful connections, meet sales targets, and earn commission by offering AT&T's range of products and services. You will use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise
• Meet sales targets and earn commission through selling AT&T's full suite of products and services
• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options on the sales floor
• Engage with the community through events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, based on monthly seniority-based schedules
• Stay current with evolving technology and customer needs in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
