Serve as a full-time Retail Sales Associate at Verizon, driving retail sales through excellent customer service and a passion for technology. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and continuously developing sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Generate retail sales by leveraging technology passion and customer service skills
- Discover customer needs by building connections and asking questions
- Position product insights and recommend solutions for complete sales offerings
- Close sales using communication skills to provide intuitive tech solutions
- Continuously develop through training in merchandising and inventory functions
- Grow customer base by contacting current Verizon customers via calls and texts
- Engage with the community at off-site Verizon sponsored events to expand loyal customer base
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a commission-based environment
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
- Customer service experience
