About This Role

Serve as a full-time Retail Sales Associate at Verizon, driving retail sales through excellent customer service and a passion for technology. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and continuously developing sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging technology passion and customer service skills
• Discover customer needs by building connections and asking questions
• Position product insights and recommend solutions for complete sales offerings
• Close sales using communication skills to provide intuitive tech solutions
• Continuously develop through training in merchandising and inventory functions
• Grow customer base by contacting current Verizon customers via calls and texts
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon sponsored events to expand loyal customer base

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
