About This Role

This role involves generating retail sales by understanding customer needs, positioning suitable products, and providing exceptional service to expand the Verizon network.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network
• Uncover customer needs by creating connections and asking relevant questions
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide comprehensive sales solutions
• Close sales using effective communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions
• Continuously develop skills through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory operations
• Grow customer base through outbound calls and text messages to current Verizon customers
• Engage with the community outside the store to expand loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon sponsored events

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
