About This Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will drive sales by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and positioning cutting-edge technology solutions to expand the Verizon network. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and continuously developing sales and operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network
• Identify customer needs by building connections and asking effective questions
• Present product insights and solution recommendations to provide comprehensive sales solutions
• Close sales using strong communication skills to offer simple and intuitive tech solutions
• Develop skills through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory operations
• Grow customer base by making outbound calls and sending text messages to interested Verizon customers
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon sponsored events to expand loyal customer base

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
• Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish
