About This Role

Serve as a Retail Sales Associate, leveraging technology passion and customer service skills to drive sales and expand the Verizon network. Uncover customer needs, provide solution recommendations, and close sales with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by expanding the Verizon network
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking questions
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide complete sales solutions
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions
• Potentially grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand the loyal customer base

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
