About This Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage customers through your enthusiasm for technology and exceptional service to expand the Verizon network. You will identify customer needs and provide solutions, driving sales and continuously developing your product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network
• Uncover customers' needs by building connections and asking insightful questions
• Position product insights and recommend solutions to provide a complete sales solution
• Close sales by fulfilling customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions
• Develop through ongoing training in operational functions like merchandising and inventory
• Potentially grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon sponsored events to expand loyal customer base

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
