As a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you will drive retail sales by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing cutting-edge technology solutions. This role offers opportunities for career growth within a team focused on developing your sales potential.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and exceptional customer service
• Uncover customers' needs by building connections and asking insightful questions
• Position product insights and offer solution recommendations to provide complete sales solutions
• Close sales using effective communication skills to fulfill customer needs with intuitive tech solutions
• Continuously develop skills through ongoing training in operational functions like merchandising and inventory
• Grow customer base through outbound calls and text messages to current Verizon customers
• Engage with the community outside the store, including at off-site Verizon sponsored events, to expand customer base

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work and/or military experience

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
• Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish
