As a Retail Sales Associate, you will drive retail sales, expand the Verizon network, and provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering cutting-edge technology solutions. You will also engage with the community to build a loyal customer base and continuously develop your skills through ongoing training.
Responsibilities
- Generate retail sales by expanding the Verizon network
- Discover customer needs by connecting and asking questions
- Recommend product insights and solutions for a full sales solution
- Close sales by fulfilling customer needs with tech solutions
- Develop through training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory
- Place outbound calls and text messages to current Verizon customers
- Engage with the community at off-site Verizon sponsored events
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of relevant experience
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a commission-based environment
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers
- Customer service experience
