About This Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will drive sales by connecting customers with cutting-edge technology and providing exceptional service for Verizon's products and services.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network
• Uncover customers' needs by building connections and asking insightful questions
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide complete sales solutions
• Close sales using effective communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions
• Engage in continuous development through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions
• Expand customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers
• Engage with the community outside of the store to broaden the loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon sponsored events

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
