Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by expanding the Verizon network, utilizing passion for technology and customer service
• Identify customer needs by creating connections and asking probing questions
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to deliver comprehensive sales solutions
• Close sales by fulfilling customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions using strong communication skills
• Continuously develop skills through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory operations
• Expand customer base through outbound calls and text messages to current Verizon customers
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon sponsored events to build a loyal customer base

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience (work or military)
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
