As a Retail Sales Associate, you will drive sales by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and positioning cutting-edge technology solutions within a Verizon retail store. This role provides opportunities to grow your career and expand the Verizon network.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and exceptional customer service.
• Uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide complete top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales by using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Potentially grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon sponsored events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant work or military experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
