About This Role

As a part-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you will drive retail sales by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tech solutions to expand the Verizon network.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales using exceptional customer service and knowledge of technology
• Uncover customer needs by building connections and asking questions
• Position product insights and solution recommendations for a complete sales solution
• Close sales by fulfilling customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions
• Grow customer base by contacting current Verizon customers interested in products and services
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon sponsored events

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
