About This Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will drive sales by connecting customers with cutting-edge technology and exceptional service, expanding the Verizon network. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, positioning solutions, and closing sales to help customers with their tech needs.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by expanding the Verizon network using technology passion and customer service
• Uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking relevant questions
• Position product insights and solution recommendations for a complete sales solution
• Close sales using communication skills for simple and intuitive tech solutions
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory operations
• Grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to interested Verizon customers
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon sponsored events to expand loyal customer base

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Spanish Bilingual Preferred
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
