About This Role

As a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you will drive retail sales by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing comprehensive technology solutions. This role offers the opportunity to grow your career through continuous training and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and exceptional customer service
• Learn and uncover customer needs by creating connections and asking relevant questions
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide complete top-down sales solutions
• Close sales using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with intuitive tech solutions
• Continuously develop skills through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory
• Grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon-sponsored events

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
