As a Retail Sales Associate, you will drive sales and provide exceptional customer service by connecting customers with cutting-edge technology and Verizon products. This role offers opportunities for continuous development and base pay plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales using passion for technology and exceptional customer service
• Identify customer needs by creating connections and asking relevant questions
• Present product insights and solution recommendations to provide complete sales solutions
• Close sales through effective communication, fulfilling customer needs with tech solutions
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions like merchandising and inventory
• Grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon sponsored events to expand customer base

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience (work or military)

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
