About This Role

As a part-time Retail Sales Associate at Verizon, you will leverage your passion for technology and customer service to drive sales, connect with customers, and expand Verizon's network, with opportunities for career growth and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by expanding the Verizon network using cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution
• Close sales by fulfilling customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions using phenomenal communication skills
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory
• Potentially grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers
• Engage with the community outside of the store, including off-site Verizon sponsored events, to expand loyal customer base

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work or military experience

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
