Join Verizon as a Retail Sales Associate to drive sales of cutting-edge technology and expand the Verizon network. You will provide exceptional customer service, identify customer needs, and offer comprehensive tech solutions while continuously developing your sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by connecting customers with cutting-edge technology and exceptional service
• Identify customer needs by asking questions and building rapport
• Position product insights and solutions to provide top-down sales recommendations
• Close sales using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions
• Continuously develop skills through training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory operations
• Grow customer base by making outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon sponsored events to expand loyal customer base

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
