Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customer needs through effective connection building and questioning.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide complete top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions like merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in products and services.
• Engage with the community outside the store to expand loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon sponsored events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
