Drive retail sales by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing comprehensive technology solutions. Uncover opportunities to expand the Verizon network through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network
• Learn and uncover customer needs by creating connections and asking the right questions
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with complete top-down sales solutions
• Close sales by fulfilling customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions using communication skills
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory
• Potentially grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon sponsored events

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of relevant experience through work or military

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
