About This Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will drive sales by connecting customers with cutting-edge technology and providing exceptional service in a dynamic retail environment. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, positioning product solutions, and continuously developing sales and operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network
• Identify customer needs by creating connections and asking probing questions
• Recommend product insights and solutions to provide complete sales solutions
• Close sales using strong communication skills for intuitive tech solutions
• Develop skills through ongoing training in sales, merchandising, and inventory operations
• Grow customer base through outbound calls and text messages to interested Verizon customers
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon sponsored events to expand loyal customer base

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
