About This Role

As a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you will generate retail sales, connect with customers to understand their needs, and provide technological solutions within a retail store environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales using passion for technology and exceptional customer service
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by building connections and asking questions
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide complete sales solutions
• Close sales using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions
• Expand customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand loyal customer base

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
