About This Role

As a part-time Retail Sales Associate, you will engage with Verizon customers, identify their needs, and provide technological solutions to grow the network and expand your customer base.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales using cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service
• Identify customer needs by fostering connections and asking pertinent questions
• Recommend products and solutions to provide comprehensive sales solutions
• Close sales by fulfilling customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory operations
• Potentially grow customer base via outbound calls and text messages to current Verizon customers
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon sponsored events to expand customer base

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of relevant work or military experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
