About This Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will drive retail sales by leveraging your passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network, learn customer needs, and provide complete sales solutions. You will continuously develop yourself through training and contribute to community engagement to build your customer base.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network
• Uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide complete top-down sales solutions
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory
• Potentially grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand loyal customer base

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
