About This Role

As a part-time Retail Sales Associate, you will actively engage with customers to understand their technology needs, recommend suitable Verizon products and services, and drive sales. This role offers opportunities for career growth and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and providing exceptional customer service
• Identify customer needs by creating connections and asking relevant questions
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to deliver comprehensive sales solutions
• Close sales using strong communication skills for simple and intuitive tech solutions
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions like merchandising and inventory
• Potentially grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers
• Engage with the community outside the store to expand the loyal customer base, including at Verizon sponsored events

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
