About This Role

This role involves generating retail sales by understanding customer needs, positioning cutting-edge technology products, and closing sales to expand Verizon's network, all while continuously developing sales and operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customer needs through connection building and strategic questioning.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations for comprehensive sales solutions.
• Close sales using effective communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Continuously develop skills through ongoing training in sales and operational functions like merchandising and inventory.
• Potentially grow customer base via outbound calls and text messages to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon sponsored events to expand loyal customer base.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of relevant work or military experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
