About This Role

As a full-time Retail Sales Associate, you will drive sales by connecting customers with cutting-edge technology and exceptional service, while continuously developing your skills and expanding the Verizon network.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network
• Identify customer needs by building connections and asking insightful questions
• Recommend product insights and solutions to provide customers with complete sales solutions
• Close sales using effective communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions
• Continuously develop skills through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions
• Potentially grow customer base by contacting current Verizon customers via calls and text messages
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon sponsored events to expand loyal customer base

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of relevant experience

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
