About This Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will drive sales by connecting with customers, understanding their technology needs, and providing comprehensive solutions. You will continuously develop your sales skills and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by expanding the Verizon network through exceptional customer service and technology passion
• Identify customer needs by asking questions and building connections
• Recommend products and solutions to provide a complete sales solution
• Close sales using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions
• Continuously develop skills through training in operational functions like merchandising and inventory
• Potentially grow customer base by making outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon sponsored events to expand loyal customer base

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
