Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and exceptional customer service
• Identify customer needs by asking questions and building rapport
• Recommend product insights and solutions for a complete top-down sales approach
• Close sales using effective communication to provide simple and intuitive tech solutions
• Continuously develop skills through training in operational functions like merchandising and inventory
• Expand customer base by making outbound calls and sending text messages to engage current customers
• Participate in community engagements and off-site Verizon sponsored events to build a loyal customer base

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant work or military experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
