About This Role

Join The Breakers team as a Sales Associate, assisting customers with merchandise selections and processing transactions. You will maintain product knowledge, build client relationships, and ensure a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting merchandise that best fits their needs and preferences
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Build and maintain client relationships to increase customer loyalty and sales
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well presented
• Complete tasks assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
