Provide excellent customer service and make product/service recommendations to clients in a fast-paced tanning salon environment, while also assisting with maintaining salon cleanliness and upholding company policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and they are treated professionally
- Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs
- Make recommendations for products and services
- Adhere to minimum sales requirements
- Multi-task cleaning beds and engaging new clients
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas
- Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment
- Uphold all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Basic computer skills and knowledge
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes
- Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from floors
- Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing
- Ability to work independently and alone during shifts
