About This Role

Serve as a Retail Sales Associate for Verizon, leveraging your passion for technology and customer service to expand the network. Engage with customers, identify their needs, and provide top-down sales solutions for mobile and other technology products.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging technology passion and customer service to expand the Verizon network
• Learn and uncover customer needs by creating connections and asking the right questions
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with complete sales solutions
• Close sales using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory
• Grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand the loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon sponsored events

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience
• Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
