About This Role

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you blend selling that delivers results with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences, focusing on understanding customer needs, offering personalized recommendations, and connecting them with the right products and services to achieve selling goals and inspire loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers
• Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions
• Offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to build customer relationships
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms
• Update signs and pricing, and support any needed merchandise moves
• Share Loyalty program benefits and assist customers with their purchases
• Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration
• Strive to improve every day, take pride in work, achieve sales goals and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
• Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges
• Resourceful and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with electronic devices, including handheld equipment and cash register
• Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift at least 25lbs
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders, reach, including above eye level
• Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment required
