About This Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide excellent customer service, handle sales transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment for Harbor Freight Tools.

Responsibilities

Provide a great experience for customers
Handle various sales transactions
Encourage customers to participate in company programs
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Adherence to attendance policy is necessary
Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand/move for entire shift
