About This Role

Provide excellent customer service and sales support as a Retail Sales Associate, ensuring a positive shopping experience and maintaining an organized store environment. This role contributes to the store's efficient operation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide a great experience for customers
Handle various sales transactions
Encourage customers to participate in company programs
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Adherence to attendance policy
Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist
Ability to safely climb up/down a ladder
Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand/move for entire shift
