Retail Sales Associate

About This Role

Provide an excellent customer experience as a Retail Sales Associate, performing various duties including cashier, sales floor merchandising, replenishment, receiving, and e-commerce fulfillment at Gopuff.

Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication and decision-making
• Maintain store standards by assisting with stocking, merchandising and e-commerce operations
• Consistently create a positive customer experience through sales and customer service programs
• Educate and enroll customers into ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App
• Use product knowledge and training to make recommendations to customers
• Receive product from vendors, ensuring physical count matches purchase order/invoice
• Merchandise product on the sales floor and in the warehouse to standards
• Conduct cycle counts to identify loss and improve in-stock position
• Re-shelve canceled orders promptly
• Manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with 'FIFO' practices

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Ability to provide information concisely and directly
• Ability to listen, receive, and understand messages
• Ability to motivate individuals to achieve goals
• Systematic approach to process management
• Ability to work interdependently and collaboratively
