Retail Sales Associate

About This Role

Provide excellent customer service and perform various retail duties including cashier, merchandising, replenishment, receiving, and e-commerce fulfillment at a Gopuff/BevMo! location. This role supports the efficient operation of the store while engaging with customers.

Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication, and decision-making
• Maintain store standards by assisting with stocking, merchandising, e-commerce operations, and cleanliness
• Consistently create a positive customer experience through sales and customer service programs
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo! ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App
• Use product knowledge to make recommendations and provide solutions to customers
• Pick and pack items for e-commerce dispatch, ensuring accuracy
• Clean and organize the warehouse area
• Receive products from vendors, ensuring counts match purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
• Merchandise products on the sales floor and in the warehouse according to standards
• Conduct cycle counts to identify loss and improve in-stock position
• Re-shelve canceled orders promptly and manage waste through 'FIFO' practices
• Perform any other duties as directed by management

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Ability to communicate concisely and clearly
• Ability to drive results and achieve goals
• Systematic approach to process management
• Ability to work interdependently and collaboratively in a team
