Retail Sales Associate

About This Role

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a retail setting, assisting with sales floor merchandising, replenishment, receiving, and e-commerce fulfillment duties to ensure an organized and clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication, and decision-making
• Maintain store standards by assisting with stocking, merchandising, and e-commerce operations
• Perform store recovery to maintain cleanliness
• Perform various operational projects/tasks as directed by management
• Create a positive customer experience through sales and customer service programs
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App
• Use product knowledge to make recommendations to customers
• Provide customers with solutions like product substitutions or special ordering
• Pick and pack items on a per order basis for dispatch to customers
• Ensure accuracy of items picked/packed for e-commerce
• Clean and organize the warehouse area

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Ability to provide information concisely and listen to others
• Ability to motivate individuals to achieve goals and provide feedback
• Systematic approach to making workflow effective and efficient
• Ability to work interdependently and collaboratively with others

Qualifications

• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience is preferred
