Retail Sales Associate

About This Role

This role involves providing an exceptional customer experience and performing various retail duties, including cashier responsibilities, merchandising, stock replenishment, receiving, and e-commerce fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication and decision-making
• Maintain store standards by assisting with stocking, merchandising, and e-commerce operations
• Consistently create a positive customer experience through sales and customer service programs
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App
• Use product knowledge and training to make product recommendations to customers
• Provide customer solutions, such as product substitutions or special ordering
• Pick and pack items on a per order basis for dispatch to customers
• Ensure accuracy of items picked/packed for e-commerce
• Clean and organize the warehouse

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age

Qualifications

• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience is preferred
