Retail Sales Associate

About This Role

This role delivers excellent customer service and performs various duties within a retail setting, including cashier operations, merchandising, and e-commerce fulfillment, for a company that provides rapid delivery of everyday essentials.

Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication and decision-making
• Maintain store standards by assisting with stocking, merchandising and e-commerce operations
• Recover the store to maintain cleanliness
• Consistently create a positive customer experience through the utilization of sales and customer service programs
• Educate and enroll customers into ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App
• Use product knowledge and training to make product recommendations to customers
• Provide customers with solutions, such as product substitutions or special ordering products
• Pick and pack items on a per order basis for dispatch to customers
• Ensure accuracy of items picked/packed

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age

Qualifications

• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience is preferred
