About This Role

This role is responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience through cashier duties, sales floor merchandising, replenishment, and e-commerce fulfillment, while maintaining store standards and promoting company programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience through sales and customer service programs
• Maintain store standards by assisting with stocking, merchandising, and e-commerce operations
• Educate and enroll customers into ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App
• Make product recommendations based on product knowledge and training
• Pick and pack items for e-commerce orders, ensuring accuracy
• Receive products from vendors, ensuring physical counts match purchase orders
• Conduct cycle counts to identify loss and improve in-stock position
• Manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with ‘FIFO’ practices

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to drive results and achieve goals
• Systematic approach to process management
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team

Qualifications

• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience is preferred
