Provide an excellent customer experience by performing cashier duties, merchandising the sales floor, replenishing stock, and handling e-commerce fulfillment, while modeling company values.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience
• Perform cashier duties
• Merchandise the sales floor
• Replenish stock
• Handle receiving and e-commerce fulfillment
• Model company values in all actions, communication, and decision-making
• Maintain store standards by assisting with stocking, merchandising, and e-commerce operations
• Recover the store to maintain cleanliness
• Consistently create a positive customer experience through the utilization of sales and customer service programs
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App
• Use product knowledge and BevMo! training to make product recommendations
• Provide customers with solutions, such as product substitutions or special ordering
• Pick and pack items on a per order basis for dispatch to customers
• Ensure accuracy of items picked/packed
• Clean and organize warehouse

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Ability to provide information concisely and understand messages conveyed by others
• Ability to motivate individuals to achieve and exceed goals
• Systematic approach to improving workflow effectiveness and efficiency
• Ability to work interdependently and collaboratively with others

Qualifications

• Preferred retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience
