About This Role

This role involves creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers by assisting them with their needs, maintaining merchandising standards, and promoting company programs, while helping to foster an inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards
• Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment)
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of all Company information
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect
• Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach

Nice to Have

• Prior retail experience
• Golf industry experience
