About This Role

Provide exceptional customer service as a Retail Sales Associate by greeting guests, maintaining store organization, and assisting with day-to-day operations. This role offers cross-training and opportunities for growth within a large retail company.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a warm welcome and a smile
• Operate the cash register in an efficient manner
• Adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Brew coffee, stock shelves, coolers, and freezers
• Maintain impeccable store cleanliness and organization as part of a team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 3-6 months retail or guest service restaurant experience preferred

Nice to Have

• 3-6 months retail or guest service restaurant experience
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification
• Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members
• High energy
• Ability to move from one activity to another quickly
• Team oriented; willing to give extra effort to help others
• Computer skills are helpful
