About This Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service, manage store operations, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role supports the store manager and offers cross-training across all store areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service
• Operate the cash register in an efficient manner
• Adjust to the fast-paced environment and handle varied daily tasks
• Brew coffee, stock shelves, coolers, and freezers
• Work as a team to maintain impeccable store cleanliness and standards

Requirements

• Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members
• High energy and ability to move quickly between activities
• Team-oriented; willing to give extra effort to help others

Qualifications

• 3-6 months retail or guest service restaurant experience preferred. Entry-level friendly.

Nice to Have

• 3-6 months retail or guest service restaurant experience
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification
