About This Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be a front-line ambassador for the Burlington brand, providing world-class service to customers. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining a tidy sales floor, and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in locating merchandise
• Maintain a neat, organized, and clean sales floor
• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance
• Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
