About This Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be a key ambassador of the Burlington brand, responsible for assisting customers, maintaining an organized sales floor, and supporting store operations to provide world-class service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Maintain a neat, organized, and clean sales floor
• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations
• Assist customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
