About This Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in a Best Buy store, helping them understand and choose the best technology products and services to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments
Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders

Requirements

3 months of experience in retail or fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Qualifications
