Retail Key Holder

About This Role

This Key Holder role supports sales goals through effective execution of store and operational tasks, serving as a front-line leader by delivering exceptional customer experiences and guiding store operations. This position requires strong retail and customer service skills as a dedicated brand ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty to address customer experience, vendor, or maintenance issues as delegated by the store manager
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences by demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors and elevated product knowledge
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift for associates
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and receipt of shipment
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at check-out
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement
• Maintain physical activity requirements including standing, walking, reaching, lifting 10-50 pounds, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling
• Consistently provide a safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations
• Maintain company values, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED certificate, or Relevant Work Experience
