Retail Key Holder

About This Role

This role is responsible for supporting store sales plans and operational tasks as a Key Holder, acting as manager on duty when scheduled. Key Holders provide leadership, foster exceptional customer experiences, and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits and receipt of shipment.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Adhere to all safety standards and expectations to provide a safe, clean, and engaging experience.

• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED certificate, or Relevant Work Experience
• Demonstrated sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
