Retail Dispenser

About This Role

As a Part-Time Retail Dispenser, you will be responsible for dispensing eyewear, verifying prescription accuracy, adjusting glasses, and providing excellent customer service. This role ensures customers receive properly fitted and accurate eyewear.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in-person and by phone promptly and professionally
• Inspect finished eyeglasses using the Lensometer to conform to Company 7-Point Quality Check
• Adjust and repair customer eyewear
• Stock/re-stock merchandise, clean and straighten displays and entire store
• Process defective, spoiled and cannibalized frames
• Complete company required training programs
• Follow company safety rules and standards

Requirements

• One (1) year of related experience
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
• Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to read and interpret insurance forms and prescriptions

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
• One (1) year of related experience, optical preferred
